It deserves its 3 stars. All in all, it was excellent place for traveling to San Pedro La Laguna. Room was good value. The owner upon arrival was HELPFUL.
There was no balcony.

Good location and very clean room. Nice restaurant in the hotel itself. Moreover, free parking was a bonus. We would stay here again on our next trip to San Pedro La Laguna.
